Here is what you need
Take out Tools:
- 9 x 13 baking pan
- Mixing bowls
- Measuring cups and spoons
You will Need for Yeast rolls:
- 1 Cup warm water.
- 1 packet active dry yeast (or 3 teaspoons)
- 3 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 Cup sugar
Filling
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup butter – softened
Topping
- 1/2 Cup (4 ounces) softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter – softened
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 Cup powdered sugar

- 1 9 x 13 baking pan
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Warm water
- 1 packet dry active yeast (or 3 teaspoons)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 Cup sugar
For Filling
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup butter (1 stick) softened
Topping (optional)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese - softenedd
- 1/4 Cup butter - softened
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
Instructions
For Yeast
- In a small bowl, add a yeast packet to 1 cup warm water. Add 2 teaspoons sugar. Stir. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, mix flour with 1/4 cup sugar. Add the yeast mixture in the middle. Stir. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Place dough on floured board. Knead dough for a few minutes. Spread dough out to make a large rectangle.
- Make filling: Spread the brown sugar filling over dough.
- Roll dough into a log. Cut into 12-14 rolls. Place in greased pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake in pre-heated 400F oven for 15 minutes.
Filling
- Make filling by mixing all filling ingredients together in a bowl.
Topping
- Mix all topping ingredients together to make a creamy spreadable topping.
