Instructions
For Yeast
In a small bowl, add a yeast packet to 1 cup warm water. Add 2 teaspoons sugar. Stir. Let sit for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, mix flour with 1/4 cup sugar. Add the yeast mixture in the middle. Stir. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Place dough on floured board. Knead dough for a few minutes. Spread dough out to make a large rectangle.
Make filling: Spread the brown sugar filling over dough.
Roll dough into a log. Cut into 12-14 rolls. Place in greased pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake in pre-heated 400F oven for 15 minutes.
Filling
Make filling by mixing all filling ingredients together in a bowl.
Topping
Mix all topping ingredients together to make a creamy spreadable topping.
