There is nothing better than warm cinnamon rolls baked on a crisp morning.
As a busy single mom, this was a go-to quick & easy way to make baked cinnamon rolls without waiting for the dough to rise.
With just four ingredients and some kids to help make them, you’ll have cinnamon rolls out of the oven in less than 20 minutes (5 minute prep and 13 minutes in the oven).

Here is what you need
- Refrigerated roll-out pizza dough
- 1 stick butter (room temperature)
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Optional: add raisins, dried cranberries, pecan or walnut pieces.
- You will need a 9-inch square or round baking pan.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 415 F
- Oil baking pan with butter
- Open dough and roll out on a lightly floured board.
- Cut into two pieces
- Spread butter over tops of dough.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon with sugar. Scatter over the butter.
- Optional: add the raisin, cranberries, or nuts on top.
- Roll the dough to make swirls.
- Lay into the pan.
- Bake for 13 minutes.
