Bake in cupcake pan to get a single serving brownie.

You can add in nuts like pecans, walnuts or almonds.

Here is what you need
- 1 stick butter -room temp.
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 eggs – room temp.
- 1 Cup flour
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Two Bowl Method:
Cream butter. Add in sugars. Mix well. Add vanilla. Mix. Add eggs one at a time and mix.
In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa and baking powder together.
Add flour mixture into sugar mixture. Mix well.
Add chocolate chips. Mix.
Scoop into oiled cupcake pans. Bake 18-20 minutes in 350 F pre-heated oven.
Cool. Pop out and Enjoy!!!
