One of the first recipes kids love to learn is pancakes.
They are easy to make and there is success in minutes.
NOTE: the skillet is HOT so please watch your kids while they flip the pancakes.

Here is what you need
Perfect every time!
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tsp. Baking powder
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
One Bowl Method:
Mix together all ingredients.
Heat a skillet and oil lightly with oil.
Pour 1/4 cup batter on hot skillet. Cook until bubbles pop. Flip and cook another 30 seconds.
Add your favorite toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Heat a skillet. Lightly oil with canola or vegetable oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake (or size you want)
- When pancake begins to bubble, turn when they have popped.
- Cook on other side for 1 minute.
- Serve with sliced fruit, syrup, powdered sugar, etc.
