Bring the whole family together to make these brownies. 

Adding the brown sugar and extra eggs make these brownies moist and over-the-top delicious!

Your friends and family will ask you for the recipe!

You can add chocolate chips to the top of the batter before baking to give them even more chocolatey goodness.

Brownie Ingredients

Here is what you need

  • 2 sticks butter -melted
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs – room temp.
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 1 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

One Bowl Method:

In a large bowl, mix melted butter (make sure it has been cooled) and sugars. Add oil and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing each time. Add flour and cocoa. Mix well.

Pour in 8 x 8 baking pan (lined with parchment paper). Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 25 minutes.

Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
