- 1 Cup butter (2 sticks) room temperature
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 Cup pecans -chopped
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven 325 F In bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla.Slowly mix in flour and salt.Add chopped pecans and mix.Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a tray. Refrigerate for 30 minutesPlace cooled snowballs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Bake at 325 F for 12 minutes.Cool to warm. Roll in powdered sugar.Enjoy!
