Easy Pumpkin Caramel Poke Cake

Equipment

  • Bundt pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can pumpkin puree (15 ounces)
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 3/4 Cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 jar caramel topping (at least 1 Cup to pour over cake)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 350 F degrees.
    Mix all ingredients together. Make sure the eggs have been fully mixed together. 
    Pour into greased and floured bundt pan or two 8-inch pans. 
    Bake in a pre-heated 350 F degrees oven. For 8-inch pans, bake 25-30 minutes. For bundt cake, bake for 40 – 45 minutes. Check for doneness. 
    Cool cake. Poke holes in cake by pushing the handle of a wooden spoon into the cake. Do not go all the way through.
    Pour caramel over cake making sure the caramel goes into the holes.
