Cranberry Orange Holiday Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups all-purpose flour1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons grated orange rind1 1/2 Cups fresh cranberries1 large egg1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted1 cup granulated sugar1 orange (squeeze the juice)
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp grated orange rind
  • 1 1/2 Cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 Cup butter (1 stick) melted
  • 1 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large orange (the juice of the orange)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 350 F
    In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder,  and salt together. 
    Add in the grated orange rind.
    Add in the fresh cranberries. Stir
    In another bowl, whisk the egg.
    Stir in the melted butter. Add the sugar. Stir.
    Add in the orange juice.
    Stir into the flour mixture.
    Pour into a bread pan, lined with parchment paper.
    Bake one hour.
