One Bowl Method:Mix flour, sugar and salt into a large bowl. Cut butter into tiny pieces and add to flour mixture. Using a pastry blender or your hands, work the butter into the flour. Sprinkle the milk on top. Stir until dough becomes tough to mix. Roll the dough out onto a floured board.Using a dull knife, cut a round circle so it covers the pie dish. Carefully place the pie crust into the dish.With a fork, make a few pricks in the dough so it doesn't bubble up during baking.Add your filling.If adding a pie crust topping, add carefully.Place in pre-heated oven. Most fruit pies bake for 40 minutes.
